from my place of forgetting, and out of my utter despair and loneliness, i tap out my pathetic message desperately hoping that there is someone, anyone that might possibly hear ... .

Hello Lost -
'' I just read the foreword on it. and the back cover...I´m excited..''
You made me laugh dear- took me right back to my high school days when,
having said your above quote to myself, I would confidently deliver a Book Report ! Also sad !!
Welcome by the way, I´ve been following your posts, and glad you're here with people that care.
it has been a year now since the big breakdown in which i lost my belief system and almost lost my marriage too.
i now look back and realize how close i came to completely losing my mind.
all the evidence proves to me beyond a shadow of any possible doubt that i have been raised in a cult and that every single decision or indecision has been directly influenced from this fanatical belief system.

What a delight to read about your new life - the one you were born to live.
With such an outlook, your true self will never want for more than the wonders life supplies.
A blessing, and thanks for sharing it with us.
who really is the faithful and discreet slave........ .
funeral experience.
i attended my first "worldly" funeral last saturday.

What a beautiful post about an experience born of tragedy.
What a blessing for those grieving ones, to have those words of love and appreciation as a gift.
Thanks so much, for sharing this with us here.
is the information on this webpage* regarding the socioeconomic conditions of jws a fair connection to the all too familiar wts quote of 1969?
does the report's statistics appear to be plausible given your personal observations?
*even though many others have copied and pasted the article (including the individual who created the page hyperlinked above), i'm apprehensive about doing so for copyright reasons.

What a great ''snap o' life'' picture! Takes me right back to my youth on the farm.
Thanks and congrats to you and yours.
consider the following scenario:.
a technological breakthrough allows humans to establish language communication with dogs!.
in one of our conversations our dog tells us that their hearing is so acute they can hear sounds we don't even know are there.. we acknowledge that this is true.

Another thoroughly enjoyable post from your fertile mind !
What DO you have for breakfast? - I must get me some of that.
Oh and, I just asked my dog about the cats thing - he says it must be true, as that's
what his mother told him, since he was a pup...hmmm
i must admit, i feel rather like winston smith from orwell's 1984. i sit here in front of the image of a blank piece of paper on my computer screen.
i am alone in my study, alone, but like winston, i am hesitant to write on this blank piece of paper, fearful that i am under the watchful eye of the telescreen.
it is a form of paranoia, i guess, a paranoia that is synonymous with being in the organization; an organization that worries more about perception than substance.
Separation of Powers -
Glad you've joined this happy throng of misfits!
'' ...where uniformity is misconstrued as unity.'' - fat chance of that being served here. Welcome friend.
my vision before the surgery was 20/60 in the eye that has had the surgery.
i saw my eye dr today and it has moved up to 20/30.
this is way beyond what i expected.

There's no news like good news - happy for you!
fortunately, i don't have an arrest record.. but i was arrested one day walking through a parking lot when a young woman was struggling to exit her low-slung sports car with no knickers on..
Frankly - it's a loaded question that annoys the hell out of me.
It's routinely asked by cops and a favorite of immigration officials.
These are people who should know, that in our quasi-democracies, people are
to be presumed innocent untill proven guilty in a court.
A more appropriate question is 'Have you ever been convicted?'
It's just so much more empowering than asking the question really on their minds-
'How may we hassle you today?' ...assh0les - I just lie.
